SMS program terms

Who is texting you

Text messages are sent by Kelly Rhee, a real estate agent serving Orange County, California. If you opt in to non marketing messages, you will receive texts about your real estate inquiry, property updates, showings, and appointment reminders. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you will also receive new listings, market updates, special offers, and event invitations. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How to opt out and get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (949) 688‑4274. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. You will receive texts related to your inquiry and appointments as needed, and if you opted in to marketing messages, up to 4 marketing messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
